		<description>I stumbled upon your blog looking for a little motivation myself. I quit smoking 2 days ago after being a pack a day smoker for 12 years (I&#039;m 29) and have tried to manage the cravings by substituting exercise.  Rather than sit on teh porch adn smoke, I take a fast walk around the block.  Gets that anxious feeling out and if I do it enough, a small health benefit.  
In my opinion, the fact that you are accepting there are things about yourself and your lifestyle you want to change is a great first step.  Involve your family, instead of watching a movie together, go play tennis, walk on the beach, etc.
